"Many thanks to the service department. My son and I dropped in, in the middle of a cross country run, with no appointment needing a rear tire for my KLR and oil changes for both bikes.
We arrive at about 9:00 AM, and were back on the road shortly after 11:00 AM. Really enjoyed the visit and thanks again."

"I was a 900 miles from the house when my rear valve stem developed a leak. The dealer who had installed my new tires had not replace the stem and it cracked. Looked up Honda dealers on my Wings's GPS and Kim worked me in and out in less than two hours. Thanks very much."

"THANK YOU! WE WERE 1300 MILES FROM HOME WHEN THE FINAL DRIVE UNIT WENT OUT ON OUR 2001 HONDA GOLDWING. YOUR SERVICE DEPT. WAS ABLE TO HELP US LOCATE A USED UNIT IN PHOENIX (SAVING US $1100) AND THEN INSTALL IT THE VERY NEXT DAY! WE WERE UP AND RUNNING AGAIN WITHIN 24 HRS. GOOD THING TOO AS IT HAD STARTED TO SNOW--SNOW IN LATE MAY! WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICE. FROM THE INITIAL CONTACT UNTIL WE WERE ON THE ROAD AGAIN, THEY KEPT US INFORMED OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT YOU. IF WE EVER PASS THROUGH FLAGSTAFF AGAIN, WE WILL BE SURE TO STOP IN FOR SERVICE OR JUST TO SAY HI TO YOUR GREAT STAFF.
